How much are the shipping costs?
We ship free of charge throughout Europe.
With which delivery service will the order be shipped?
We cooperate with the following logistics partner: Within Germany with DHL, shipping abroad is also via DHL. The DHL parcel service offers a shipment tracking system on their website. When you hand it over to the parcel service, you will receive the shipment number and the link to track the shipment from us by e-mail. In this way you can track the shipping route of your order and always find out about the current status of the delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Germany takes about 2 to 5 working days, in Europe about 3 to 10 working days and international or overseas shipments arrive after about 3 to 15 working days.
By when do I have to order so that the order is processed on the same day?
The dispatch takes place on Tuesday and Thursday. If you order by 10 a.m. on these shipping days, the ordered goods will be dispatched on the same day.
Can I also have it delivered to a Packstation or a post office?
For insurance reasons, we do not ship to packing stations or post offices. However, your delivery address may differ from your billing address.
What to do if the shipment doesn’t arrive?

What does a possible return shipping cost?
You can send the office chair back to us for 35 euros within the statutory period of two weeks. HARA CHAIR organizes the return shipment.
