I chose this chair for two reasons:
Firstly, I had the problem that my legs often went numb with my previous chair and my tailbone hurt after sitting for a long time. Hopefully this won’t happen again thanks to the pressure relief in the seat. I’ll have to wait and see if that’s the case, but I have a good feeling.
Secondly, my office is in the attic, where it gets quite warm in summer. Up until now, I’ve put a towel behind my back so that I don’t stick to the chair. It’s not midsummer yet, but it’s been quite warm the last few days and I have to say that the backrest is very well ventilated and that you can sit on the chair for a long time and relax.

The chair is quick to assemble and is very well illustrated. Assembly is also relatively simple.
The chair seems very stable and, in my opinion, is very well made. Nothing rattles or creaks. I’ve experienced this often enough when trying out new chairs.

The split seat takes some getting used to, but after a short time it is very pleasant and comfortable.
The chair offers various adjustment options, and I personally like the adjustment of the backrest particularly well. You can’t see that at all in the pictures. But the curve in the back (lumbar support) can be adjusted in height and depth.

The swivel base and castors make a solid impression. The chair is easy to roll. And what I also find positive is that the castors have no brakes. That was something that bothered me about my old chair. It only rolled when you were sitting on it. So if you wanted to pull the chair over, the castors would scrape the floor. Thankfully, that’s not the case with this chair.

Oh yes, the service should also be mentioned positively. Here the boss takes care of her customers personally! After ordering, you are personally informed about the properties of the chair and compared with your personal data (height, weight, etc.).

So far I’m very satisfied. Now we’ll see what the long-term test shows.

The very next day I placed the order, the manager called me and asked me about my problems. About my height, weight, illness, etc. and she did this very competently. After a detailed discussion, I decided on a different chair that was more suitable for me. This arrived very quickly. Assembly was no problem. At first I had more pain than before, but this is due to the correct sitting position. The body has to get used to it first. Now the sitting feels great, I have significantly less pain and am very happy with my choice. Thank you very much!

After thinking about the rather high price for a long time, I decided to go for this chair.

Unpacking and assembling it went smoothly, the sitting position and the split, movable seats take some getting used to at first, but they serve their purpose perfectly.

Unfortunately, the chair wobbled in the connection of the gas cartridge (the quality can’t quite hide its Far Eastern origins); however, the fast and competent service from Harastuhl made up for this with advice and the sending of spare parts!

One small note: I previously had a similar chair (from Tchibo!) with a movable seat (but without head and lumbar support), which only cost 25% of this one. When I compare the two chairs, the price difference is clearly too high in relation to the quality and product features…

Conclusion: I am happy with the purchase. Even if there aren’t that many chairs with these features on the market (and if you’re not so keen on money), it’s still worth comparing.
