Delivery / assembly:
The delivery is extremely positive, especially the personal call from the manufacturer regarding the order and the chair’s fit to the body data.
The assembly was also very simple and well explained in the instructions, no additional tools were required.

Usage:
The chair is comfortable after a period of getting used to the new type of seat and I would highly recommend it. Especially after a 12-hour day,
sitting is still comfortable and supports a positive posture. The fabric upholstery is also positive.
The ergonomics of the chair are wonderful and ideally adjustable to all requested body measurements.

Conclusion:
Highly recommended chair and excellent customer service!

The chair is very well designed and actually relieves the strain on your back. The quality is not 100% optimal – so I would prefer to give it 4.5 stars.

I bought the chair a couple of years ago somewhere else but I like it so much that I have to release a review here.

The chair is awesome and cured my back pain issues in a couple of weeks. Even after years of use it still retained function and look like its basically new. The quality is outstanding.

There has been a problem with the configuration of the chair and I asked the support team to help me out. Even as the warranty was over they have reacted in a matter of hours and
solved my issue.

The whole package is awesome, definitely recommended.
